1. Strictly for serious buyers only. Items sold are not refundable or exchangeable.
2. Products
Please note that the colors of the lenses depicted in the illustrations may be different due to the possible differences in lighting of the photography and differences in monitor settings for each individual. Actual lens diameter may contain error from 1mm~5mm. All effect size and diameter of the lens are proclaimed by manufacturer/supplier, Momoiro Lens do not held responsible for any error of the actual size.

3. Out Of Stock
If the item ordered is out of stock, we will inform you to continue order, choose other lenses which has the same value as your previous order OR we will change to any similar design.
Please leave us a message at remarks on order form before submitting
if you want to
a) hold the order in case your item is out of stock.
or
b) change to any similar design available.
No cancellation once payment is transferred.
For bulk purchase/wholesale;
Our stock list may not be updated daily, so it's not 100% accurate. We reserved the rights to change to any nearest stock available without notice or we will refund for out of stock item. This is to avoid any further delay to your order.
4. All items will be shipped out only after the payment has been made. For international buyer, order will be shipped out within 3-5 working days after payment is received. For bulk purchase/wholesale, order will be shipped within 5-6 working days.
5. We will not hold any further responsibility once orders has been shipped out from our place including loss, damage etc.
6. Mode of Payment & Shipping
Local Buyer
Bank transfer or cash deposit.
International Buyer
We only accept payment via PayPal. PayPal accept credit card like Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
No cancellation once payment made.
Any unpaid invoice will be cancelled after 14 days.
We do not accept concealed cash.

7. Returned policy
All items are checked to be in perfect condition and securely wrapped before sending. Any damages occur during delivery process is not our responsibility as it is carried out by shipping company. If any damage was found, please complaint to post office and there is nothing that we could do. Also, do always check on condition of the lenses BEFORE you open them. Once opened, it considers not returnable/exchangeable. We only accept return for item which still in its original condition, not used, must be new and unopened.
8. Refund policy
No refund after payment made. All sales are final and non transferable, exchangeable or refundable. Subject for investigation if wrong lens was sent or faulty items. We will handle each case individually.
Refund, return or exchange is not allowed for bulk/wholesale purchase.
If customers refuse a package due to customs issues, including refusal to pay customs tax or duties, failure to provide requested documents, or other related issues, we will not be responsible for any refund or reshipment of the refused package.
We reserves the rights not to entertain any complaints file after 30 days from the date the parcel was shipped. Other than product defection complaints will be handled as per case basis.
9. Customs
When customer ordering products from Momoiro Lens is considered as importer of the product. So customer/recipient are responsible to pay for customs duties, import taxes, goods and services tax (GST), value added tax (VAT) or other import sales taxes. Customs regulations vary from different counties or regions. Momoiro Lens does not guarantee whether imports of each shipment are required to pay any taxes. For import tax matters, please contact your local customs for more information.
Customers also may have to pay other charges, such as administrative, service charges, import tariffs and customs fee. Customers need to sign for the shipment for paying related costs.
Customs declaration
We usually declare it as a gift in low value. But we do not guarantee successful release by your local customs department. If you want us to declare in specific value, kindly contact us for further discussion.
Banned items
Customers should contact their local customs office for information concerning banned items in their countries. If for any reason your local customs authorities confiscate any items from your order, we are not responsible for reshipment or refund regarding the confiscated item(s).
10. PRIVACY
All information provided to us will be deemed personal and will be kept confidential. 11. We reserve the right to make changes on our site, policies and the terms & conditions at any point of time.

These lenses are purchased at your own risk. We are not liable for any discomfort, infections or injuries caused by contact lens. Prior to ordering, please seek attention from your optometrist regarding the prescriptions and health conditions of your eye as they may not be suitable for everyone.

1. I am purchasing the product with my own credit card/Paypal account or i have the permission to make the purchase using others credit card/Paypal account with their consent.
2. I fully assume all risk from Momoiro Lens and release Momoiro Lens from all legal liability. I understand that wearing contact lenses by their nature carry risk of injury and eye infection if lacks of proper care or guidelines are not followed. I have read the guide to minimize risk and understand that the risk of injury can never be totally eliminated.
3. I understand that any local tax or custom duties are of my responsibility.
4. I understand that International shipments may be subjected to import taxes, duties, broker charges and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are of my responsibility.
5. I agree that any delay caused by local custom department is not a responsibility of Momoiro Lens.
