How to buy?
  1. Order can be submitted via email or order form since we don't use any shopping cart. 
  2. Wait for our reply for confirmation, we will response within 24 hours. If you do not receive any reply, please mail us again.
  3. Once order has been confirmed, we will send you an invoice via Paypal for you to make payment.
  4. For local buyers, order will be delivered the next working days once payment has been received.
  5. Please note that our processing time for all international order is 3-4 working days for normal order and 5-6 working days for wholesale/bulk order.
  6. Tracking number will be provided once order has been shipped.

Shop FAQ

1. Do you have a website to register as a buyer? No shopping cart? 

No, you don't have to register before buying. We do not use any shopping cart as we sell mainly wholesale. You can just submit your order via Order Form or you can directly email us your order lists. 

2. May I know about the shipping method?

We recommend using Standard Registered Air Mail. We provide express shipping upon buyers request. Express shipping is quite expensive, hence, we do not recommend unless you are in urgent need. Click here for more information.

3. What about the payment method?

We receive payment through Paypal.

3. What currency am I using?

US Dollar.

4. It’s been 15 days, I have yet to receive anything from you?

Please note that for International Registered Mail users, the shipping days are between 14 to 25 business days, which means they are excluded of the Saturday and Sunday. Of course, please add another 3-4 days of processing on top of the shipping days in your calculation. In addition, you can always check the tracking status for more precise updates. 

5. What if delivery time delays due to the unexpected shipping problems?

If unexpected problems occur, such as withholding customs, transportation companies delays, etc. We will help as much as we can but not responsible for any damage, loss etc caused in transit.


Products FAQ
1. Is it safe to wear circle lenses?

Yes, it is safe to wear them. We sell only genuine lenses. You are advised not to wear the lenses for more than 8 hours per day. Change your lens case every month. Please practice good hygiene in handling and storing your lenses.

2. How long is the life span for the lenses?

They are all yearly disposal. But we recommend to wear them not more than 3 months for hygienic purpose. 
Well can you imagine wearing the same contacts over and over again for a year? Yikes!
Also, do change your lens case once a month. Remember to take good care of your own eyes. Good hygiene is essential.

3. Do you sell any astigmatic lens?

No, we do not sell that. If you do have astigmatism, you are advised to consult your optician before making any purchase.

4. Can I choose different prescription for a pair or piece of lenses?

Yes, you can choose different prescription for left and right eyes EXCEPT for I-CODI series.

5. My products defect, what should I do?

Please contact us at momoirolens@gmail.com immediately. 
Only defected lens will be replaced. Do show us a proof. Please cut it into half, take a photo of your defected lens and mark any obvious defects such as small holes, broken edges, crack etc.
